What Is RPM.Ninja?

RPM.Ninja is a container for people-first production a space for creating safer, intentional gatherings that cultivate connection through music, art, and shared experience.

We bring together artists, organizers, technicians, builders, and community members to co-create events that are grounded, well-run, and meaningful. Our work is rooted in care: supporting local artists and talent, activating small businesses, and designing environments where people can socialize, share, and participate without extraction or burnout.

We Are

  • A production collective for music, art, and immersive events

  • A collaborative network spanning multiple creative disciplines

  • A stewarded space for sustainable, consent-forward gathering

  • A platform that uplifts local artists, independent creators, and small businesses

We Are Not

  • A one-off promoter chasing volume over value

  • A faceless production company disconnected from community

  • A profit-only operation that extracts more than it gives

We believe how we gather matters and when built with care, events can strengthen culture, creativity, and community far beyond a single night.
